When I was asked to make a Cinderella birthday cake for a super cute little girl, I wanted to make something a little different than the pictures of other cakes I saw. Soo, I decided to make the rest of this tiered cake match Cinderella’s dress.
The bottom tier is a 3 layer 10 inch chocolate cake with mini chocolate chips and chocolate filling. The top tier is a 2 layer 8 inch yellow cake with buttercream icing as the filling. The mini doll cake is also yellow cake. The blue and white icing is decorator icing mixed with 1 can of store bought vanilla icing, and all of the light blue decorations are fondant.
