I love chocolate chip cookies…as long as they’re soft!!! I found the perfect recipe to making soft chocolate chip cookies, and these guys go very fast at my house. “Just one more…” is our motto with these cookies.
Recipe:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips
Cream the butter, white and brown sugar together using electric mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and pudding mix. Add flour and baking soda, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips. Distribute on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes, until tops of cookies are a very light brown.
